Minimum booking period for most of the year is 3 nights. Weekends are from 4pm on the Friday to 10am on the Monday.
 
Over Christmas and New Year our minimum booking period is 5 nights.
 
Once you advise that you wish to proceed with a booking we will send you our booking form, together with a copy of our Ts & Cs.
 
 
Deposit/Payment

Payment is via bank transfer or cheque. We are unable to accept credit/debit cards payments.

Payment is divided into three amounts and should be made as follows:

  1. A non-refundable deposit of one third (1/3) of the full amount at the point of making the booking.
  2. A further one third (1/3) is due mid way between the booking date and arrival date. Once paid this amount is non refundable
  3. The final one third (1/3) is due four weeks before arrival date.

If the booking is being made within 4 weeks of the date of hire, the full amount of the hire charge is payable.

 
 

Damage Deposit

A separate damage deposit, for £300, is due with the balance payment. This will be refunded (if paid by bank transfer) or will be returned/destroyed (in the case of a cheque) after departure, providing there are no damages. We do not charge for minor breakages, cups & glasses etc or normal wear and tear to the property, but anything above this will be chargeable.
